What is your cancellation policy?

To request the cancellation, please contact Customer Service (877-659-2858) before 4:00 pm PT. All cancelled or refunded order will incur a 10% Processing Fee. To avoid the 10% Processing Fee, customer may request a store credit.

Once the order ships, you will have to go through our standard return policy.
