Sundown 90W Electric Towel Warmer(XDB1030101)-Can this be placed with the horizontal bar over an outlet and still have room for plugin?

 The horizontal bar measures at 3 3/16" so this would be a very tight fit. We do not recommend placing the horizontal bar over the outlet.
