Receiving and inspecting a large item by truck (tubs, vanities, mirrors, etc)

When your appointment is scheduled and the freight company is delivering your item, we recommend opening the packaging/crate and inspecting it for any damage right away. If there is damage to the item, you may refuse the delivery on the spot. Please take photos of the damage and contact Maykke customer service via email support@maykke.com or by phone 877-659-2858 as soon as possible.
